Bay Tek warrants to the original purchaser that the game will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of six months from the date of sale. Details of such warranty are defined in the game "Owner's Manual" provided with the game. Bay Tek manufactured previously enjoyed games also have a 6 month warranty from date of sale. All non - Bay Tek manufactured previously enjoyed games are sold as is (no warranty). Non consumable parts sold or serviced by Bay Tek Games, Inc.are warranted for a period of 30 days.
